A Brief Overview of the Easy Bar

Easy Bar® Rotary Kiln and Dryer Tire Bore Lubricant

Easy Bar® is a solid high-temp lubricant bar that melts when placed on the hot surface of a kiln or dryer shell.  Easy Bar®'s patented blend of graphite, mineral and metal lubricants are suspended in a solid polymer binder.  When placed between the tire and the kiln shell, the carrying agent melts and releases the lubricants. The rotation of the kiln distributes the lubricants over the filler bars and inside the tire bore.

Easy Bar® melts at 120℉/49℃ with an auto-ignition point of +1000℉/538℃.   It is the only kiln lubricant bar that will NOT AUTO-IGNITE during application.  This ensures worker safety and no dangerous flame-ups.

Easy Bar® is an OEM Kiln Lubricant for Andritz & Metso Manufactured Kilns and is utilized by all major kiln manufacturers including Andritz, Metso, Polysius, Humbolt Wedag, and FLS

ALL LUBRICANT BARS ARE NOT MADE THE SAME

Easy Bar® patented technology and performance has made it the most-trusted lubricant bar in the world.  Our patented technology ensures that only Easy Bar®  can provide the highest levels of premium lubricant components while ensuring worker safety with the highest auto-ignition point. Smaller graphite bars made with wax or oil-based binders can not replicate our performance.  Give us a call at 770.424.4093 to experience the unique benefits of Easy Bar® Kiln Lubricants and start lowering your preventative maintenance costs today!

Testimonials

  • R&D MANAGER AT ZMP INDUSTRY MACHINE ENGINEERING
“I recommend this product with confidence. This is an indispensable tool for modern maintenance of the rotary kilns.
Safe and easy to use, if you want to extend the life of your kiln's tyres... try it.”

    R&D MANAGER

  • CARBO CERAMICS PLANT ENGINEER
“They have allowed our kiln and coolers to float freely on tires which is a great improvement due to the fact that the tires were binding on axial float in the past. Likewise, I haven’t witnessed an acceleration of radial creep.”
